This 45-minute class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body toning dance based workout.

Cardio Kick, Box and Burn

Boxing/kickboxing moves, core strengthening and fat burning cardio.

Teen Cardio Kickboxing Club

55-minute class provides a total body workout that targets core strength and balance for student’s of all abilities in grade 7-12.

Teen Strength Club

55-minute class, designed for students’ grades 7th -12 grade. Speed, agility, mobility, power and explosiveness are all aspects of athleticism that can all be improved by increases in strength.

Teen Core Power Club

55-minute Pilates class which uses the mat and various props to teach balance, agility, and flexibility. This is the perfect complement to sport specific training.

Strength & Metabolic Conditioning

Our signature Strength & Metabolic Conditioning training has you covered from head to toe.

Circuit Training featuring TRX

Embraces strength training using all the “weapons of mass construction” including TRX and more.

Get HIIT Done!

30-minute interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body.
