This class embraces strength training using all the “weapons of mass construction” including TRX, Medicine Balls, Kettlebells, Bosu, Stability Balls and more along with calorie burning cardio moves. Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment. Classes emphasize the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs.

Boxing/kickboxing moves, core strengthening and fat burning cardio. Come prepared to sweat, reduce stress, get a great workout and BLAST some serious calories! Zumba

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body toning dance based workout. Zumba incorporates all that feel good music with a 45-minute calorie killing good time

Teen Pilates

Teen Core Power Club

This 55 minute Core Power class will use the mat and various props to teach balance, agility and flexibility. This class is specifically designed for students’ grades 7 -12. No experience necessary. All levels welcome. This is the perfect complement to sport specific training.

Lily Deadlift

Teen Strength Club

This 55 minute class, designed for students’ grades 7th -12 grade. In general young athletes do not focus enough on developing adequate levels of strength. This is a huge mistake because strength is a foundational attribute for improving athletic performance. Too often, young athletes only focus on developing speed and agility. These are critical to sports performance, but can be developed only marginally if an athlete lacks adequate strength. Speed, agility, mobility, power and explosiveness are all aspects of athleticism that can all be improved by increases in strength.

Teen Cardio Kickboxing Club

This 55 minute class provides a total body workout that targets core strength and balance for students’ of all abilities in grades 7 -12. Practicing kicks, punches, and self-defense strategies designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, range or motion, and agility. The total effect of the class is development of body and mind while having FUN!
