60 Minute Buddy Training Session
Know someone just as excited about training as you? Invite them along! Workout with a buddy and receive added motivation, FUN and a discounted rate. Buddy sessions work best when both individuals have similiar goals.

We also offer multiple session packages for both Personal & Buddy Training. We have 5, 10 or 20 package sessions available.

FREE Initial Consultation
Meeting with a trainer for a consultation is the optimal way to ensure that you are working smarter and not harder toward results. During the consultation, your trainer will review your health and fitness history and evaluate what obstacles and hurdles that have prevented you from success in the past as well as plan your strategy so that you get the exact results you want. Most importantly, your trainer will motivate and inspire you to realize that you can accomplish every goal that you set for yourself at Shock It Fitness.
